root@arizona:~# apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras
root@arizona:~# apt-get install lame

アプリケーション -> サウンドとビデオ -> Rhythmbox　を起動

"MP3のプラグインをインストール" が表示されるので、クリックしてインストール

編集 -> 設定 -> ミュージックプレイヤーの設定のフォーマットをMP3 にする。

- MP3 の作成

CDアイコンの　すべてのトラックをライブラリにコピーでMP3にできる。
